Sales Representative

Fun, fast-paced boat dealership seeks an ambitious, goal-smashing sales professional to join our team selling new and used boats, boat motors, and boat trailers!

The ideal candidate will have a deep-seated love for boating and/or fishing, and will jump at every opportunity to share that joy with the potential boat buyer; be it face-to-face, via phone, email, social media, etc. Each prospective boat owner will be met with a professional, yet down-to-Earth desire to get them into the boat of their dreams as well as the boat for their reality! Good listeners and problem solvers go far here!

Applicants will ideally have general boat and marine industry knowledge and can confidently operate boats in marine waters with ease.

Some sales experience is required to apply; sales experience is defined by large-item purchases (unfortunately cashiering or stocking shelves will NOT qualify as large item sales in this particular position).

Experience in the sale of boats, cars, RV's, motorcycles and/or real estate is awesome and applicants with this background are highly encouraged to apply!

The right fit for this position is someone who can balance their competitive edge with their ability to be a true team player, seamlessly meshing into a cohesive team environment.

Applicants must be able to work Saturdays, are drug/smoke free, and enjoy dressing up for work!

Required Licenses:
- Washington State Boat Safety Certificate (can obtain online and may obtain after training)
