Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) Part-Time Night Shift

Hello, Meadow Brook Rehab & Nursing in Salt Lake City, UT is actively looking to hire a full-time CNA for Night Shift (6PM-6AM).

Job Description:

• Answer residents' call lights to determine needs
• Turn and reposition residents while they are in bed
• Provide physical support to assist residents in performing daily living activities such as getting in/out of bed, bathing, eating, dressing, using the bathroom, standing, walking, or exercising
• Review dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences to ensure residents receive appropriate diet
• Record food and liquid intake and output as necessary
• Reporting changes in resident condition to nursing staff

• Possess a current CNA certification in good standing
