Job Summary:
Tryfacta is seeking a CNA - Rehab for our client in Newark, NY 14513 . This is a 13-week contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please Apply Now!
Position Title: CNA - Rehab
Location: Newark, NY 14513
Duration: 13 weeks (Possible extension)
Work Schedule: 5x8-Hour (14:00 - 22:00)
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hrs
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
  • Provide direct patient care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).
  • Assist with bathing, feeding, grooming, ambulation, transfers, and repositioning.
  • Obtain and document vital signs, weights, intake/output, and patient observations.
  • Assist with catheter care, specimen collection, infection control, and PPE protocols.
  • Safely operate patient care equipment including Hoyer lifts, wheelchairs, and transfer devices.
  • Report changes in patient condition and collaborate with the healthcare team.

To be considered for this position, you should have: [Skills, Education, or Experience]
  • Active CNA Certification.
  • Minimum 1 year of LTC experience.
  • Current BLS (AHA) certification.
  • First-time travelers accepted.
  • Must be willing to float based on facility needs.
  • Every other weekend availability required.
