As a CNA Rehab, your day usually involves assisting patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support, while closely following individualized care plans developed by the therapy and nursing teams. You may help with patient transfers, monitor vital signs, and document progress to ensure coordinated care. Collaboration with physical, occupational, and speech therapists is common, and you often play an important role in encouraging and motivating patients during their recovery process. This role can be physically demanding but is highly rewarding as you witness patients regain their independence.
