Site Nurse

The Site nurse is responsible to support the Nurse to provide medical care to all Guests, Team Members, Contractors, Vendors, and Visitors on the Destination. The Site nurse assists the Nurse in all Destination health-related matters including outbreak prevention and illness reporting as required by international, national, and Company policies. This role operates the Medical Centers front of house and supports the back of house medical management of the Team living on the Destination. This position reports to the Chief Nurse and is supported by the Doctor, Port Captain Safety, Shoreside Medical Operations, and Private Destinations Leadership. This position leads by example and requires exemplary organization, attention to detail, self-management skills, Guest and Team Member engagement, training, knowledge of the product and service standards.
