Assistant Nursing Home Administrator Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Assistant Nursing Home Administrator to join our team at Advocate Healthcare of East Boston in Boston, Massachusetts. Responsibilities
  • Assist the Nursing Home Administrator in overseeing the daily operations of the facility, including staff management, resident care, and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Ensure that all staff members receive adequate training and support to provide high-quality care
  • Foster a positive and respectful work environment that promotes open communication and collaboration
