Job Summary:

Experienced Maintenance and Customer Service Professional adept at skillfully handling light plumbing, light fixtures, painting, drywall, flooring, lock changes repairs through proactive inspections. Customer-focused with a talent for providing friendly and prompt assistance to residents and guests. Efficiently manages work orders, prioritizing tasks to minimize disruptions. Implements preventive maintenance strategies and ensures groundskeeping compliance with safety regulations. Swiftly responds to emergency situations and maintains meticulous documentation. Proven track record and strong communication skills round out qualifications. Bilingual is a must and have transportation to commute to property locations.

Responsibilities:

Can perform minor repairs on plumbing, light fixtures, painting, drywall, flooring, lock changes and other small tasks directed to perform.
Swiftly resolves maintenance issues through routine inspections.
Conduct appointments for showing future tenant’s apartments.
Provides friendly and prompt assistance to residents and guests.
Acts as a responsive liaison, addressing inquiries effectively.
Prioritizes and schedules tasks with minimal disruption to residents.
Maintains property grounds, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Responds promptly to emergency maintenance situations.
Maintains accurate records and provides regular reports.
Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner

Qualifications:

Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Previous experience as a handyman / general maintenance
Knowledge of methods, tools, and equipment used in carpentry
Must be qualified to perform at heights above thirty (30) feet with the use of a ladder, lift, or bucket truck boom
Ability to lift 40+ lbs on a consistent basis
Bilingual is a must
Must have transportation to commute to locations
