We are seeking an enthusiastic Insurance Sales Representative with previous phone sales experience to join our team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary, with a base salary ranging from $33,000 to $38,000, depending on experience, and a year-end earning potential of $70,000 to $90,000, inclusive of commission. As an integral part of our sales team, you will handle inbound and outbound sales calls, providing excellent service to our clients and contributing to our agency's continued growth.

Monday - Thursday (8am - 5pm) Work Schedule

Friday (9am - 5pm) Work Schedule

• Advise clients on coverage options and risk management strategies.
• Build strong rapport with clients to foster lasting relationships.
• Conduct timely follow-ups to address client inquiries and concerns.
• Initiate cold calls to identify potential clients.
• Follow up on warm leads provided by the company.
• Implement strategies to exceed quotas and performance objectives.
• Address client objections and concerns to overcome barriers to close sales.

• Licensing Requirements:
• You will be required to obtain a Property and Casualty License (if not already licensed).

• Minimum job tenure of more than 2 years, demonstrating commitment and stability in previous roles with experience in phone sales.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
