Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of retail store associates to meet sales and customer service goals
- Develop and implement store sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth
- Monitor store performance, analyze sales data, and implement strategies to improve results
- Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive store environment to enhance the customer shopping experience
- Hire, train, and manage store associates, including scheduling and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and adhere to all local and state regulations
- Act as a liaison between the store and corporate office, and communicate regularly with the store team and stakeholders
- Stay current on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of retail management experience, with a proven track record of success
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Ability to analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve results
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
