Data Analyst/Administrator

Raymond of New Jersey's Cranbury New Jersey location is seeking a Data Analyst/ Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate who will succeed in this role by driving customer success by providing advanced analytics and reporting to internal and external stakeholders. The Data Analyst & Billing Specialist works closely with other team members to produce reports and analytics to enhance the customer experience. Works independently to manage multiple projects, performs data analysis, and generates reports. Receives general direction and is expected to develop and/or improve procedures/practices. In addition, reconciles vendor invoices, processes and finalizes all Iwarehouse & Telematic related orders monthly and as needed.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

• Audits & reconciles complex vendor invoices monthly for telematics.

• Organizes file and final bills all Iwarehouse orders as needed. •

Creates, reviews, and interprets complex reports.

• Leads skilled professional teams in planning and coordinating projects.

• Provides analysis to senior and executive level staff inside and outside the Company regarding best practices on customer data.

• Works closely with department colleagues for collaboration and cross training.

• Lead and participate in both Virtual and On-site customer reviews.

• Analyze customers data, produce and create in-depth presentations.

• Provide concepts to customers and sales team to aid in additional sales/services.

• Willing to travel to customer sites as required to understand the customer requirements.

• Additional duties as required or assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Considered an expert in Microsoft Excel including preparing pivot charts & tables.

• Proficient in CRM Software

• Experience in Data Analysis, Data Visualization, Data mining and reporting.

• Proficient in manipulating raw data.

• Knowledge of Lean Management, certification in lean management a plus

• A polished presenter with excellent customer-facing presentation skills.

• Knowledge of Database Management Systems (SQL, Power Bi)

• Verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to be a self-starter and work independently

Education and Experience:

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred in one of the following: statistics / mathematics, economics, computer science, data science, business analytics.

• Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Green belt preferred.

• Material Handling environment experience a plus

• Basic network technology understanding a plus.

• Strong scheduling and organizational skills.

• Excellent Communication skills a must.

• Enjoy working in a team environment.

• Ability to learn multiple software applications for technology products/services
