F45 Trainer are responsible for the preparation and execution of safe, fun and effective F45 classes, along with the upkeep of studio and franchise standards. You will run group training sessions, assess member fitness levels, build a community that keeps our members coming back every day.

F45 Trainer are responsible for the preparation and execution of safe, fun and effective F45 classes, along with the upkeep of studio and franchise standards. You will run group training sessions, assess member fitness levels, build a community that keeps our members coming back every day.
Responsibilities
- Perform fitness assessments to understand each clients current fitness level
- lead, instruct and motivate individuals or groups in exercise activities, strength training and stretching
- Demonstrate proper techniques for using machines and equipment
- Ensure that all gym safety standards and procedures are followed
- Current personal trainer or fitness instructor certification from accredited organization ( NASM, ACE, ISSA etc )
- Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics is preferred
- Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time managem
