About You:
You're not just a machinist – you're a magician. You've got a sixth sense for spindle speeds, an instinct for inches per minute, and a knack for knowing just the right tool for the job. Blueprints are your canvas, and CNC machines are your brushes. You thrive in the whirl of chips flying and the hum of precision cutting through metal like butter.

What You'll Do:
As our CNC Machinist, you'll be the mastermind behind our machining operations. You'll set up, program, and operate our cutting-edge equipment to perfection. From turning to threading, from boring to facing, you'll turn raw materials into works of art with the precision of a surgeon and the finesse of a sculptor. You'll be the guardian of quality, ensuring that every piece that leaves your hands meets our exacting standards.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Proficiency in programming and operating CNC equipment.
  • Strong blueprint reading and GD&T skills.
  • Ability to perform part inspection using inspection equipment.
  • Technical trade certification or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Passion for continuous improvement and innovation.

Work Environment:
Climate-controlled, clean working environment with state-of-the-art machinery and equipment.

Position Schedule & Particulars

  • Full-Time / 1st Shift and 2nd shift (four 10s)
  • Monday through Friday 
  • 40 hours per week, overtime available.

Pay Range

  • Standard pay range is $20.00-$40.00 plus, DOE. Compensation at hire is based on job knowledge and experience and may be higher than the standard pay range if competencies exceed position requirements.
  • Future compensation increases are based on job knowledge, company and individual performance, competence, and skill, including soft skills.

  • Employee-paid coverage is available for dependents. Eligibility begins the 1st of the month following sixty (60) days of continuous employment.

  • Participation in the Company 401(k) Plan. Plan includes an Employer match (25% of the Employee contribution up to 3% of annual compensation). Eligibility begins immediately at ninety (90) days of continuous employment.
