Job Description
Seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the company's daily operations and drive the business forward.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in managing business development, sales, profit loss, project management, and process improvement. Industry related experience in aerospace manufacturing or similar is highly desired. Experience working in a large defense company is preferred. Familiarity working with cable and harness required.

What you will do:

Oversee the production and quality at our Arizona facility. This person will report to the Senior VP of Operations.

Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity
Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support
Monitor financial performance, analyze data, and prepare reports on key metrics
Collaborate with senior management to set company goals and objectives
Oversee inventory management, supply chain operations, and logistics
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational processes

Requirements

7-10+ years proven experience as an Operations or General Manager required
Proven experience in managing operations in a fast-paced environment
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
Proficiency in strategic planning and decision-making
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Demonstrated success in driving business growth through effective sales strategies
Ability to analyze financial data, interpret trends, and make sound recommendations
Experience in supervising staff and fostering a positive work culture
Track record of implementing process improvements to drive operational excellence
