Lead Janitorial Groundskeeper (Float) - North Bay Area
NBI is looking for a Lead Janitorial Groundskeeper to float between our multiple locations but will be based out of our Rohnert Park location.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Leads and trains grounds maintenance (landscape) employees as well as janitorial employees.
- May be required to operate a tractor, spray equipment, and other commonly used landscape equipment as necessary.
- May be required to perform janitorial tasks such as cleaning restrooms, and offices, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing floors.
- Ensure all work is performed to NBI quality control requirements and specifications.
Requirements:
- Experience as a commercial groundskeeper and/or janitorial or custodian.
- Supervisory or management experience.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Must pass a drug test, physical, and background check.
We are looking for someone who is patient and a good trainer!
Must be willing to perform both landscaping and custodial tasks!!
Monday - Friday, hours vary between 7:00am-5:00pm.
