Job Description
Description:
  • Research and book travel arrangements including air, hotel, and ground transportation for company employees.
  • Coordinate with hotel representatives to ensure truck parking is available for company drivers.
  • Coordinate with the CEO and Sales Managers for customer outings/appreciation events.
  • Manage company condo schedule for traveling employees and new hires.
  • Order and distribute annual holiday gift cards, company calendars, and company-branded attire.
  • Update company directory as needed.
  • Setup and organize landscaping schedules for GLP owned properties.
  • Furnish newly purchased GLP owned properties.
  • Arrange other special events as needed.
  • This position will require a flexible schedule; evening or weekend work may arise.
  • Other general office duties as assigned.
  • Overnight out of state travel as needed.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge and experience with booking domestic travel.
  • This individual must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills; both written and verbal, time management and solid Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
