Field Service Technician & Sales Representative - North Carolina

Do you have a knack for fixing things, solid mechanical aptitude, a positive attitude, and an interest in sales? Are you reliable and organized, with a sense of responsibility, independence and a strong work ethic? If so, we want to hear from you!

In this role, you will blend the responsibilities of both service and sales. Repairing pneumatic nail guns and driving business growth across North Carolina. Areas of focus will include Charlotte, Raleigh, Durham, and the I-95 corridor, using a company-provided service vehicle.

• We’re looking for a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships with customers.
• You'll diagnose pneumatic nail guns, and carry out cost-effective, high-quality repairs. Previous experience not needed, we will provide training.
• Candidate will be responsible for generating new sales as well as making appointments with provided leads.
• Manage and maintain parts inventory in the vehicle, including ordering and tracking of parts.
• Maintain detailed record of daily repairs and sales leads via iPad and CRM.
• Maintain regular communication with service team members, sales, operations and customers by phone and in-person.
• Adhere strictly to safety regulations, company policies, customer safety and vehicle organization and maintenance.
• Ability to park a commercial vehicle at your home is essential.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn quickly
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong interest in sales (sales experience is a plus)
• A positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile
• Great customer service skills
• Clean driving record is a must. A clean DMV abstract will be required during the interview process
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to park a commercial vehicle at your home is essential
