Pay Range: $125k/year to $165k/year base depending on experience plus commissions

Work Hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Monday to Friday, some weekends required as needed

Position Summary: The Industrial Refrigeration Service Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the service operations of our industrial refrigeration department. This role involves leading a team of service technicians and support staff, ensuring the timely and efficient maintenance, repair, and installation of industrial refrigeration systems for our clients. You will play a critical role in maintaining high standards of service quality, customer service, and safety compliance.

Education/Experience/Qualifications:

• 10 plus years of experience in industrial refrigeration service, maintenance, and repair
• 2 plus years of supervisory or management experience
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing industrial refrigeration systems, including compressors, evaporators, condensers, and controls
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stay organized while managing multiple tasks, prioritizing workloads, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite
