• 🚑 Direct operations of a 22-bed ICU, plus IMC & Telemetry units, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care.
• 📈 Manage staffing, budgeting, and planning to optimize unit functions and patient care.
• 📉 Implement evidence-based practices to advance patient safety, quality outcomes, and operational efficiency.
• 📊 Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and superior clinical identity.
• 🛠️ Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory standards, and equipment maintenance.
• 📋 Develop strategies to enhance patient experience and achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications:

• 🎓 Bachelor's degree required, Nursing or related field preferred. Master's degree advantageous.
• 🩺 Registered Nurse with active license.
• ❤️ BLS certification.
• 📚 Proven leadership experience in critical care settings.
