Internal Internship - Quality Assurance

SUMMARY OF INTERNSHIP:

As a Quality Assurance (QA) Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in ensuring the quality and integrity of ProNova Solutions products and services. This internship offers exposure to various aspects of quality assurance processes and provides opportunities for learning and professional development. You will be able to contribute to projects and initiatives aimed at maintaining and improving product quality.

INTERNSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in the maintenance of the quality management system.
• Provide support in the documentation and maintenance of quality assurance records and documentation.
• Participate in projects aimed at improving quality assurance processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to implement process improvements and best practices.
• Contribute ideas and suggestions for enhancing product quality and efficiency.
• Actively engage in training, training improvements, and learning opportunities provided during the internship.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to foster relationships and promote quality.
• Communicate effectively with team members to understand requirements, resolve issues, and ensure alignment on quality goals.

INTERNSHIP SPECIFICATIONS:

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, engineering, quality management) or a related discipline.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Prior experience or coursework related to quality assurance, software testing, or related areas is a plus.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Completion of a QA project related to applicant’s and company’s mutual interests.

RELATIONSHIPS:

• Reports to QARA Manager/Lead or above
• Provides QARA representation in meetings
