Senior Staff Accountant

A large, financial services company in Wayne, PA is looking to add a long-term consultant to their team as a Senior Staff Accountant. In this role, you will have the opportunity to wear many hats, support customers and vendors, and complete parts of the accounting function. Don’t miss out!

WHAT IS GREAT ABOUT THIS SENIOR STAFF ACCOUNTANT OPPORTUNITY?

Contract – 12 months (potential to be extended)
8 days in the office a month
$26 an hour – depending on experience

DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE SENIOR STAFF ACCOUNTANT?

Accounting experience – accounts receivable, accounts payable, reconciliations, and journal entries
Excel experience
Contract booking
Contract restructuring
Contract rebooking

AS THE SENIOR STAFF ACCOUNTANT, WHAT ARE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES?

Manage leases and vendors
Vendor customer service – front line for all questions
Reconcile accounts
Manage discrepancies with billing invoices and payments received
