Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project workflows and timelines, ensuring tasks are assigned, tracked, and completed according to schedule.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams, facilitating communication and collaboration to meet project objectives.
  • Manage project resources, including personnel and materials, to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain project documentation, including schedules, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or roadblocks, proactively implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure assets are developed and delivered according to project requirements.
  • Assist in quality assurance processes to ensure marketing materials meet brand standards and objectives.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine project management processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (1-3 years) in project management or traffic coordination, preferably in a marketing or creative agency environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive projects forward.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and processes is a plus.

Working Conditions:

  • This position will primarily work in an office setting during regular business hours.
