Job Description

3-Year fixed step-rotational training program that will provide Exposure, Experience, and Expertise.

Exposure โ€“ for approximately 6 months*, youโ€™ll be hands-on with our products in the shop and introduction to the field

Experience โ€“ for approximately 2 years*, youโ€™ll gain hands-on knowledge and skill as a Field Service Technician

Expertise โ€“ for approximately 1-2 years*, youโ€™ll work in a sales support role

Responsibilities

ยท Perform operations, operate equipment, and be accountable for team wellsite performance by the end of your training

ยท Manage field operations, including engineering design, maintenance, job planning, and operational reporting

ยท Learn and understand SLBโ€™s role as a service company and what value we provide to customers on location

ยท Support engineers and specialists on-site and help with essential duties, such as risk analysis, preventative maintenance, continuous improvement, housekeeping, etc.

ยท Help prepare wellsite reports and post-job debriefings

ยท Actively contribute to continuous improvement culture across the business

Qualifications and Experience

. Bachelor's degree in engineering related field, sales, business, etc.

ยท Good verbal and written communication skills

ยท Fluency in written and spoken English

ยท Quick learner, able to use logic to solve problems
