Required Competencies

Broad IT background including hardware, software and network support.
Is dedicated to delivering customer value
Has ability to build effective relationships
Has solid communication skills
Work patiently with end-users who are frustrated and need issues to be resolved quickly or helpful guidance with using the solutions
Is open to change and enjoys the challenge of unfamiliar tasks
Has fluency in English, both written and spoken
Interest in the end users' needs regarding IT
Skilled in IT infrastructure management
Interested of new technology
Passion for innovation and new technology

Desirable Competences/Certificates

ITIL Foundation
Agile SAFe

Experience Required

Two years' experience in an Engineering Environment.
Five years of IT experience of onsite IT support including hardware, software and network support.
