More Details on the Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must be willing to submit to background checks (Criminal history, Child Abuse,
Elder Abuse, Medicaid fraud, etc.).
Reliable individuals who are energetic and passionate and who love to help.
Individuals who are willing to work in clients' homes or community.
Must have or obtain and maintain the RBT certification (We assist in earning the
credential for the right candidates if needed).
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and get on the floor and up from the floor.
Must have reliable personal transportation.
Must be available for a minimum of 10 hours per week, M-F between the hours of
4PM and 7:30 PM.
The Position and its Responsibilities:
The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) works under the supervision and direction of
a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
You must be able to do the following:
Read and follow directions accurately to implement treatment plans from the
BCBA.
Consistently and accurately collect and record data during each therapy session.
Obtain/maintain credentials (RBT, CPR, Crisis Intervention).
Have a history of reliable attendance (including reliable, insured, reliable
transportation).
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Pay:
$19.00-$23.00 per hour plus bonuses (up to $25.50 per hour).
