Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Professional to join our team at CHE Behavioral, providing in-person behavioral health services to residents of skilled nursing facilities in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. As a multispecialty group, we are committed to increasing access to mental health services and reducing the stigma of mental health conditions. Our experienced clinicians provide quality clinical services to improve the quality of life for our older adult patients.
About the Role:
As a Licensed Mental Health Professional, you will be responsible for providing individual and group therapy sessions to residents of skilled nursing facilities. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient. Your expertise will be instrumental in improving the mental health and overall well-being of our patients.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients in skilled nursing facilities
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
  • Conduct assessments, screenings, and evaluations to identify mental health needs and develop treatment plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in mental health services
