About the Role:

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), you will be part of a dynamic team providing high-quality clinical services to improve the quality of life for our older adult patients in Brooklyn, New York.
Responsibilities:
Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to patients with various mental health conditions
Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
Utilize evidence-based therapies and interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and behavioral therapy
Maintain accurate and timely records of patient interactions and treatment progress
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to share knowledge and best practices
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care
