Duties (Brief description of the principal task involved):

• This position is responsible for the management of accounts payables and accounts receivables. Responsible for maintaining, tracking and reporting data required for facility grants and reimbursements.

• Is responsible to manage, control and implements administration processes in accordance with company policies to have full information to run the plant and to report to upper management.
• Understands organizational structure and core business of the company to implement process and/or organizational structure for support administration recommends improvements on before and maintain strong internal controls environment.
• Coordinates and superiors the departments controlling. Makes sure that all controlling tools maintained as well reviews and approves reports prepared from subordinates before distribution.
• Takes decisions in accordance with group policy and advises subordinates on profit and cost scenarios.
• Reviews performance of accounting department for monthly, quarterly and annually close in accordance with group requirements.
• Advise on project coding, cost elements and cost center to accounting
• Approves Cash Flow Forecast and Payment runs before execution
• Supervise procurement by controlling open purchase order making sure no block in production can arise.
• Review and approve procurement contract terms and conditions
• Approves setting up vendors and decides on payment terms acceptable
• Supervise IT by having the right license contracts in place as well service agreements
• Decides on selection on IT service companies
• Preforms, reviews and maintains very good quality of SAP master data in the Modules, FI/CO and MM
• Interacts with other departments to resolve commercial issues for the plant
• May occasionally work in projects to prepare decision for tip level management
