Role
As a Regional Support Technician (also known as Robotic Systems Technician, Field Service Technician), you will play a crucial role in maintaining and supporting robotic systems. This role involves extensive travel, providing technical expertise, conducting technical training sessions, and ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction. You will also collaborate with sales managers to streamline service support activities and manage equipment maintenance efficiently.
