Position: Program Assistant Asian Health
Location: Brooklyn, NY
Duration: 3 Months

Critical Need: Non-Clinical Critical

Shift: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (includes a 30 min break)

Notes:

This is a 12-week assignment with the following schedule: Tuesday - Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday 10am - 6pm. Some weekends and holidays may be required. The Program Assistant will provide interpreter services onsite and offsite during events, assist in coordinating and planning educational and outreach events, and support patients, families, and staff with problems and concerns. Verbal and written fluency in Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin) is required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• Verbal and written fluency in Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin) is required.
• 1-3 years of healthcare experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
