Job Description
Bella's Bistro in Saratoga, WY is looking for a lead line cook to join our kitchen team. We are located at 218 N 1st Street. Our ideal candidate has prior cooking experience, preferably working with Italian cuisine. Management experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist Chef in daily prep
- Execute dinner service working sautè station and grill on our busy line.
- Assist in nightly clean-up
Qualifications
- Prior professional cooking experience is a must (we do have entry level positions available for those applicants looking for a less skilled position in our kitchen)
- Prior management experience is helpful (there is room for advancement to a Sous Chef position for the right person)
- Must be skilled in the kitchen, dependable, hard working, honest and work well as part of a team
