Job Description

We're looking for 2 Classroom Proctors to join the HSI team, specifically supporting our Hanford client in Richland, WA.

As a Classroom Proctor, you'll play a pivotal role in assisting Hanford employees and contractors with launching, completing, tracking, and recording various computer-based training courses. Working directly with Hanford leaders, contractors, and employees, you'll manage the unique proctoring needs in the HGET computer lab, navigate learning platforms, and ensure training compliance. Your daily tasks will involve providing exceptional customer service, technical support, and handling general office duties.

Location: Richland, WA - This role requires physical presence in the classrooms.

Role Type: Part-Time

Schedule: 1-2 days a week, with shifts from 5:30 am to 4:00 pm PT on the days you work.

Hourly Rate: $28/hr

Essential Functions

  • Oversee, support, and monitor employee training in a 30-computer classroom.
  • Maintain, file and store confidential and sensitive government information.
  • Participate and collaborate in team meetings, discussions, and classroom goals.
  • Manage and maintain daily office duties, phones and emails, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars and creating reports.
  • Interface with a variety of Hanford subcontractor entities and their course managers, HR specialists, training coordinators, and safety officers.
  • Verify completion of employee training for Hanford badging purposes and training coordinators.
  • Problem-solve and troubleshoot computer and computer-based learning program issues.
  • Help students recover from program interruptions.
  • Maintain a pleasant atmosphere in the classroom.
  • Maintain computer equipment and provide a clean and sanitized computer station for each employee.
  • Must be available and flexible to cover other Authenticator duties and work schedule, if needed.
  • Follow the day-to-day direction provided by the Authenticator Lead.
  • Follow all Hanford site policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree OR High School diploma with equivalent experience in a related work field.
  • 3+ years experience in a customer service role
  • General computer and Internet skills required
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Must successfully complete training to obtain a Hanford security badge
