Process Quality Engineer Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Process Quality Engineer (PQE) will be responsible and oversee the quality control implementations in manufacturing processes as well as finished product, determine and analyze products’ defects, develop and improve quality control methods, track and follow up with existing quality control procedures, corporates with other departments to improve yield, standards, processes, cost reduction etc.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Improve for quality abnormal issue and customer complain.
• Responsible for Quality index improvement and achievement, quality pass yield Junction box pass Yield OBA DPPM CTM inspection pass yield and so on.
• Responsible for initiating and conduct quality improvement projects.
• Responsible for analyzing products’ defects, production abnormal, monitoring corrective actions based on quality standards.
• Responsible for overseeing quality standards implementations, evaluate and issue prevention and corrective reports and monitor implementations.
• Responsible for process MSA, SPC, GQMS Project.
• Brainstorm and evaluate improvements ideas, corporate with other departments to solve the problem.
• Develop, design and improve methods of workflow, testing procedures, quality plans, etc.
• Conduct or assist in internal and external auditing (ISO).

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent in written and verbal skills, bilingual in English and Mandarin.
• Strong in data analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electrical or Mechanical preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience working in quality related field.
• Experienced with SPC, Lean, QMS is a plus
• Experienced in auditing, ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 is a plus
