Carpentry Team Leader

We are a Deck and Porch building company. Our mission is to provide a great company culture for our team of highly skilled carpenters while delivering an experience for our customers that is second to none. We are seeking a new Carpentry Team Leader to join our team. Your role will be to lead a small group of carpenters in achieving the goals of each project while also performing the work at hand. You will work with other carpenters on our team and report to our owner. What You Will Do: Manage multiple projects at varying stages. Lead a team of 1-4 other carpenters Perform all carpentry tasks on a given project. Read and evaluate project plans. Assist in project planning. Customer communication as related to project expectations Communicate daily with owner in decision-making processes. What You Will Bring: Our ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience and the following credentials/skills: High School or GED Well-rounded carpentry skill set Construction Management Skills in other trades such as siding, roofing, concrete, windows & doors, trim carpentry, etc are a major plus Why You'll Love Us: We are extremely flexible. Salary range for this position is $35 - $55 per hour (plus bonus/commission).
