What You Do

• Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for the development and implementation of technology products and/or solutions.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business stakeholders to define product features, user stories, and business requirements and ensure they are well understood by the developers.
• Develop and prioritize user stories and ensure timely delivery of features that meet business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and track key performance metrics and use data to drive continuous improvement.
• Tests business processes and recommends improvements and automation.
• Work closely with the development team and the other project stakeholders to ensure that features are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure there is a clear understanding of product changes and help prioritize the product feature backlog.
• Lead product demos and user acceptance testing to ensure the product meets the needs of the business partners and stakeholders.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or similar role in a manufacturing and retail environment.
• Strong understanding of web applications and software integrations.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban and DevOps
• Ability to develop and prioritize user stories and track progress using project management tools such as DevOps, Jira, etc.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive product decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
