Product Owners III

  Gather and document requirements for hospital-specific identity use cases, including:
  Provider onboarding (physicians, nurses, residents, affiliates)
  Role-based access for clinical systems (e.g., EPIC, EHR, clinical apps)
  Rapid provisioning/deprovisioning for patient safety and compliance
Work with hospital stakeholders (clinical operations, compliance, security) to identify access gaps, delays, and risk areas.
Translate complex healthcare workflows into:
  User stories and acceptance criteria
  Process maps for identity lifecycle events (JML)
  Support IAM backlog refinement with clear prioritization of high-risk healthcare use cases.

Responsibilities
Product Owner III
Develop and execute test plans for SailPoint IIQ workflows impacting clinical and high-risk systems.
  Validate:
  Timely provisioning/deprovisioning of hospital users
  Correct role assignments for clinical staff
  Access certification campaigns for regulated systems (I'm assuming this will become relevant again very quickly)
  Perform end-to-end testing across integrations (e.g., HR SailPoint AD/Entra ID EPIC/clinical apps).
  Track and manage defects impacting patient-care systems with urgency and clear escalation.
Support access certification and audit processes tied to:
HIPAA and healthcare compliance requirements
Least privilege and segregation of duties (SoD)
Ensure SailPoint configurations align with audit expectations and regulatory controls.
Assist in documenting controls, test evidence, and validation artifacts for audits.

Minimum Qualifications
EQUIVALENCY STATEMENT: 1 year of higher education can be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience (Example: bachelor's degree = 4 years of directly related work experience).

Product Owner, III: Requires a bachelor's (or equivalency) + 6 years or a master's (or equivalency) + 4 years of directly related work experience.
