Seeking Associate Counsel:
Must have:
- At least 3+ years’ law firm
- International government procurement projects
- Software licensing and technology transaction experience
- Mergers & Acquisitions experience preferred
Attorney will work with outside counsel and review complex, commercial and international government procurements of the company’s security inspection technologies, software (including SaaS) and operational service.
