Job Description

We are seeking a Store Associate to become an integral part of our laundromat team! You will be responsible for janitorial, wash-dry-fold, selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue. Full-time opportunities are also available.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and identify customer needs
Explain products and services to customers
Manage Wash-Dry-Fold orders
Clean equipment, restrooms, floors, vacuum/sweep/mop hard floors, remove Trash
Other related duties as assigned
Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
Enter and process customer orders
Investigate and resolve customer complaints

Qualifications:

Previous experience in wash-dry-fold, janitorial, sales, customer service, or other related fields
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to build rapport with customers
Excellent written and verbal communication skill
