Monroe Staffing, a division of Staffing 360 Solutions, is currently hiring a Maintenance Manufacturing Technician for a large manufacturing plant that manufactures aerospace components and medical parts, located in Hudson, NH. The Maintenance Manufacturing Technician is responsible for performing preventative and general maintenance on manufacturing equipment, focusing on high-temperature, high-vacuum Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) processes. The ideal candidate for this position would have 2+ years of manufacturing technician experience with mechanical abilities and possess a HSD/GED.
Location: Hudson, NH, 03051
Pay rate: $24.00 – 26.00/Hour
Days: Monday – Friday
Hours: 1st shift- 6:45AM – 3:15PM
Responsibilities of the Maintenance Manufacturing Technician:
  • Utilize basic hand tools for equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing and facilities equipment, including CVD process equipment.
  • Implement safety precautions to ensure a secure work environment.
  • Conduct plumbing repairs and installations.
  • Possess electro-mechanical experience for AC/DC motors, switches, relays, and breakers.
  • Perform Hi Purity Gas system and cooling water tower maintenance.
  • Maintain a clean work area and equipment.
  • Follow safety procedures and regulations, including EHS training and proper use of PPE.
  • Collaborate with the team and participate in Continuous Improvement efforts.
  • Complete documentation and maintain product traceability.
Qualifications for the Maintenance Manufacturing Technician:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 2+ years of Manufacturing Technician experience with mechanical abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Must be a US Citizen, Permanent Resident alien, or a protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3).
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with lean manufacturing and 5S.
  • Experience in high vacuum systems, high-temperature processing, plumbing, and wastewater treatment is a plus.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) is advantageous.
  • Team-oriented and self-directed with effective prioritization skills.
  • Ability to wear an air purifying respirator and pass pulmonary function and fit test requirements.
Physical Requirements of the Maintenance Manufacturing Technician:
  • Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
  • Required to talk or hear, pass eye tests, stand, walk, sit, and use hands and arms.
  • Frequently lift up to 60 lbs.
  • Vision abilities include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
