As a Lead Analyst on the Quality & Risk Monitoring team, you’ll play a pivotal role by providing planning teams and management with actionable information and guidance to maintain procedural adherence as they support our clients.
In addition to an earnest desire to help people, we are looking for the ideal candidate to complement the team’s existing talents. For this Lead Analyst role, we are seeking a candidate with proven success in quality control/assurance and process improvement to champion cross-functional efficiencies and risk reduction. If you are a collaborative, problem solver with strong data analysis skills who loves to help others through demonstrating the value of operational support, this may be an opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:
- Craft and deliver quality monitoring processes; including metric development and dashboard reporting
- Perform complex data assessments and ongoing trending analysis
- Identify required actions and/or remediation, partner with planning teams to address outstanding items
- Consult on job aid resources, control efficiency and operational improvement opportunities
Requirements:
- 8+ years of financial services experience partnering with internal colleagues
- Experience working with planners/advisors and service professionals a plus
- Data analysis and reporting design experience
- Problem solving, action plan development, and process improvement expertise
- Effective leadership skills in driving cross-functional projects and influencing others
- Advanced Excel skills
- QuickSight skills a plus
Edelman Financial Engines takes a market-based approach to pay. The expected base salary range for this role nationally is $100,350 - $133,800. However, final base pay will be carefully determined based on several factors, including responsibilities, job-related skills, relevant experience, geographic location, and market conditions. Additionally, this role may be eligible for other forms of compensation and benefits, such as a discretionary bonus, health, dental and other wellness plans, and 401(k) contributions.
