Counter Sales Representative

ARCTIC SUPPLY is seeking an experienced reliable individual as a "Counter Sales Representative/ Warehouse" located in Wesley Chapel location selling Air Conditioning & Appliance parts.

Responsibilities:
* Counter sales
* Phone sales
* Warehouse/Inventory
* Customer service to customers; handle product availability and pricing
* Processing sales orders, quotes, and point of sale transactions to involve processing cash, check, and credit card payment
Qualifications:
* High school education
* Experience in customer service
* HVAC & Appliance parts knowledge is preferred and a PLUS, but not required
* Computer literate, experience with Inventory based software is a PLUS
* Experience with operating forklift a PLUS, not required we will train and certify
* Pre-employment drug testing and criminal background
