If you have experience in counter sales, customer service, or wholesale distribution and enjoy building relationships while solving problems, this Counter Sales Representative opportunity could be a great fit.

A leading wholesale distributor serving the HVAC industry is looking for a Counter Sales Representative to join their Seattle team. In this role, you'll assist customers at the sales counter, process orders, coordinate will call pickups, and provide outstanding customer service while supporting daily warehouse operations. This is an ongoing temporary opportunity offering a consistent full-time schedule with an established organization. 

Counter Sales Representative Job Duties:
  • Assist customers in person, over the phone, and through email with product orders and inquiries. 
  • Process customer orders and update order information using the company's ERP system. 
  • Coordinate will call pickups, provide order status updates, and resolve customer questions. 
  • Support warehouse operations by assisting with order picking and shipping activities as needed. 
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining accurate records and an organized work area. 
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm 
Enjoy your afternoons and weekends off!

Pay:
  • $25.00-$30.00/hour 

Counter Sales Representative Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in counter sales, customer service, will call, or a similar wholesale distribution environment. 
  • Experience using an ERP or order entry system (Oracle experience is preferred). 
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills. 
  • Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office for order entry and customer support. 
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
