Position: Counter Sales Person

Position Overview:

As a Counter Sales Person, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to clients in the plumbing and electrical industry. The ideal candidate will have previous experience selling plumbing or electrical parts, and be bilingual in English and Spanish. Knowledge of pipes and supplies is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers with their purchases, inquiries, and orders

- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

- Maintain inventory levels and restock shelves as needed

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and company goals

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge

- Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure a safe working environment
