Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Parts Counter Person to join our team at our Temple, TX location. The ideal candidate will have experience in parts sales and be able to efficiently assist customers at the parts counter, ensuring they receive the correct parts and excellent service.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the retail and wholesale parts sales process
  • Locate any parts not in stock
  • Complete special order part requests
  • Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Communicate with customers on parts status
  • Takes and fills orders from customers at the front counter
  • Answers wholesale and retail phone calls
  • Makes quotes and fills orders for all departments
  • Communicates with FORD and other vendors daily
  • Backs up our Quick Lane parts department daily
Skills amp; Qualifications
  • Experience as a parts sales counter person or similar role
  • Must have valid Driver's License and clean driving record
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to identify automotive or equipment parts accurately
  • Basic computer skills for processing sales and inventory management
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
