What does a Toyota Parts Advisor do?

A Toyota Parts Advisor is responsible for assisting customers and technicians in identifying, locating, and purchasing the correct Toyota parts and accessories for vehicles. They provide knowledgeable advice on parts compatibility, availability, and pricing, and ensure accurate order processing and inventory management. Parts Advisors typically work at Toyota dealerships or service centers, acting as the key link between customers, service technicians, and the parts department to ensure efficient repairs and vehicle maintenance.
