Commercial Real Estate Investment Manager and Agent

We are currently seeking to hire a motivated Commercial Real Estate Investment Manager/Agent to join our team!   This high-profile position includes a BASE PAY plus COMMISSION and other incentives.  Will provide training for the ideal candidate.  Looking for self-starters and motivated people looking to grow alongside our company. 

Responsibilities:

• Immerse yourself in the local Commercial Real Estate market in pursuit of learning about potential acquisition opportunities for our company. 
• Analyze potential returns and creative uses of properties being considered for acquisition.  
• Oversee transactions involving purchases and sales of Commercial Real Estate.
• Show our properties and others to potential tenants or purchasers.  
• Oversee Property Managers both internally and with outsourced Property Management Vendors in order to maximize our investment returns. 
• Report on team and individual performance
• Build and form new partnerships with other CRE investors and brokers. 

Qualifications:

• Real Estate license or commitment to obtain a real estate license.
• Previous experience in Real Estate, sales, or leadership. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
• Professional demeanor, ability to build rapport with others
