Role and Responsibilities:

As a Call Center Representative, you will play a vital role in our practice, with responsibilities including:

• Promptly answering incoming calls and addressing inquiries from patients and other medical facilities.
• Handling a high volume of calls efficiently, averaging between 100 to 200 calls per day.
• Scheduling and rescheduling appointments, post-operative visits, and other medical office visits accurately.
• Assisting with various administrative duties as assigned on a daily basis.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to manage a high volume of calls while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not required.
