Description

We are currently seeking motivated team players with great attitudes to join our Auburn, AL team! You will be responsible for working closely with our team to perform cycle counts, track inventory discrepancies, and process receiving and inspection. Our company is one of the largest injection molding companies in the USA and our production team members work with plastic parts that support automotive, medical, and home appliance industries.

This position will be full-time, working on-site at the Auburn location.

Monday - Friday from 8am - 4pm

Requirements

This position is responsible for:

- Leading and coordinating thorough continuous cycle counts of plant inventories in accordance with our program schedule.

- Performing physical inventory counts and compare results with system data.

- Researching discrepancies between physical and system counts. .

- Communicating cycle count findings to Finance and the Materials Team.

- Adhering to the cycle counting procedures and guidelines.

- Receiving material from shipping dock and reporting in IQMS.

- Labeling and organizing new and existing material in respective warehouse.

- BOM certifications.

- Reconciling all receiving discrepancies.

- Maintaining count records and data files.

- Ensuring that all safety standards and procedures are followed.
