YOUR TYPICAL DAY:

• Provide a high-class fulfillment experience for new digital customers to ensure an immediate and successful execution of imagery content for their virtual tour.
• Coordination of task assignment for various team members to ensure timely completion of work and a balance of workload.
• Oversee and maintain inbound email inquiries from customers and team members that results in positive outcomes by collaborating with various departments.
• Properly process incoming imagery and coordinate with Photographer Leadership team to resolve open issues.
• Execute the fulfillment process to produce high-quality virtual tours using a variety of web-based applications.
• Continual communication with team members, departments, and manager.
• Execute the highest level of quality control standards for imagery and the final tour.
• Maintain accurate daily tracking and reporting of performance.

CORE COMPETENCIES:

• Ability to multi-task, maintain quality standards, adapt and think on your feet as priorities arise and change, and troubleshoot technical aspects of a set of photos to the proper execution of upload.
• Ability to demonstrate strong attention to detail and problem solving skills while remaining organized.
• Consistently meet and exceed the requirements set forth by our clients and partners, and maintain a high level of accountability for all processes related to editing the photos and subsequent fulfillment.
• Follow established protocols with the use of all company equipment and materials including but not limited to: cameras and photo equipment, video and design software.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office Suite is required
• Comfort with and familiarity with DSLR cameras, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Bridge and web-based software programs or web-enabled databases is a plus.
• Experience working within Google Apps is a plus

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma required; College degree preferred.
