HiFyve is hiring for a 1st Shift Machine Operator in Carthage, MO.

Requirements:

3 years of experience preferred in Roll Converting and operating machinery is essential.
Must be able to stand for the duration of shifts and adhere to proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) guidelines.
Capable of safely lifting weights up to 60 lbs.
Proficiency in written and verbal communication and basic mathematics skills are required.
Successful completion of fork truck safety training is mandatory.
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent education is necessary.
Possession of a valid Driver's License is required, with preference given to those with a CDL.
Pre-employment drug screening and physical examination are mandatory.
Demonstrated aptitude in mathematics, problem-solving, computer literacy, and mechanical comprehension is necessary.
Strong attention to detail is a fundamental requirement.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
Proficient in utilizing hand tools.
Willingness to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
Additional education and experience, particularly in electrical fields, are advantageous.
