Role Summary:
We are looking for new colleagues who also strive for excellence and are willing to be part of the team challenging the worlds leading-edge blockchain market. The position will report to and work closely with the CFO and others in the organization in development and implementation of accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and execute accounting programs and initiatives, ensuring adherence to financial policies and regulations.
Prepare comprehensive financial analyses, reports, and revenue projections to support strategic decision-making.
Lead the budget preparation and monitoring process, maintaining strict control over financial resources.
Ensure the integrity of accounting information by maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts.
Participate in annual audit preparations, addressing any findings and implementing corrective measures.
Contribute to the refinement and implementation of accounting systems and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Analyze budgets and other financial information
Reconcile bank statements
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
Create accounting policies to comply with all rules and regulations
Perform other tasks requested by CFO

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;
Masters degree or CPA license preferred.
Minimum of three years' experience in a general accounting role, with a preference for experience in both public accounting and private corporate settings.
In-depth knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and strong financial analysis skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Pivot tables, Macros, etc.), and familiarity with leading accounting software.
Excellent organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines, and capability to work independently or as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effective collaboration across departments.
Independent worker with a proactive approach to initiating projects.

Advanced organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail; effectively prioritizes and plans work activities.
