Teller Support & Services Specialist

Process teller transactions with accuracy and efficiency. Actively engage with clients to retain and expand client relationships. Ensure quality service, serve clients promptly and professionally. Gain efficiency in the navigation of Fiserv applications including but not limited to Navigator and online banking maintenance. Perform operational tasks as directed/supervised by the Deposit & Support Services Manager.
1. Assumes responsibility for ensuring and performing efficient, effective, and professional teller operations, in accordance with established laws, policies, procedures, and standards
2. Actively engages with clients to retain and expand relationships
3. Processes customer financial transactions, including deposits, loan payment, official checks, internal transfers, debit cards, online banking maintenance and troubleshooting client requests, printing of client checks, debit cards etc. Reviews documentation for proper endorsement and negotiability
4. Maintains logs and reports in accordance with policies and procedures
5. Keeps current on products, services, and job-related bank regulations. Completes required training in a timely manner, while proactively seeking growth opportunities
